Although, you do not need a lawyer for dispute resolution at Financial Services Commission of Ontario, the process can be complicated, and it is always good to have somebody with experience and legal knowledge to help you out. The accident benefits disputes can be resolved at the specially designated branch of the Financial Services Commission of Ontario (FSCO) called Dispute Resolution Services (DRS).
