The Ministry of Community and Social Services (MCSS) has unleashed an unmitigated disaster upon the citizens of Ontario. While this has an immediate impact on only those directly involved with Ontario’s social assistance system, as well as those concerned with the erosion of our social safety net, the cost impact will be felt by the every taxpayer.
