Ontario beefs up punishment for drug-impaired drivers

According to CBC, drivers who fail a roadside sobriety test will lose their licence for three days as well be charged a $180 fine for licence reinstatement. The Ontario Provincial Police hope this will deter drivers from casually getting behind the wheel after using drugs, particularly marijuana, which will be legalized by the federal government next year.
