As a psychologist who provides treatment for people who have psychological issues arising from auto accidents, I was interested in reading the recently released report by David Marshall, which was commissioned in 2016 by Ontario’s Wynne government to review the Auto Insurance System in this province. We all know that the current Ontario system has some major problems, including the highest premiums in Canada, so I was anxious to see Mr. Marshall’s recommendations.
