I must admit to a certain sinister chuckle whenever I hear about a new plan from Ontario’s auto insurers. Before I even glance at the article or news release, I know I’ll see the name of the insurer bogeyman front and centre: Fraud. As usual, the Ontario government is helping to write the latest act in the screenplay:
