Bill 15 — officially known as ‘An Act to amend various statutes in the interest of reducing insurance fraud, enhancing tow and storage service and providing for other matters regarding vehicles and highways,’ was the subject of four days of vigorous debate at Queen’s Park as Ontario MPPs resumed meeting last month.If the bill proceeds, the committee would meet on Nov. 17 for clause-by-clause consideration. Bill 15 combines two pieces of legislation left over when the provincial election was called last spring.
